I don't know what to do anymore
 

Recently I have turned back to cutting. I had previously cut for a few years but had stopped for a year with only a few relapses. Recently I have had a baby (in January) and I am a full time student (out for summer but starting in August) and I work part time (25-35 hours per week). I live at home with my mom and sister and boyfriend (baby daddy). My boyfriend does not drive and I have to take him to work. I feel he doesn't help out that much even though he does watch our son while I work during the day.

Feeling so stressed, I turned back to cutting. Told a coworker and friend that I really trust and feel close too. Only problem is she keeps telling me to see a doctor as she thinks I'm depressed. The other day she threatened to tell another coworker and friend even though she promised no matter what that she wouldn't tell. We joke around and I tell her when I'm going to do "stupid stuff" but she just gets mad and tells me it's stupid. Other than joking I can't really talk to her at work, just through texts.

I know she cares, she tells me through texts that she does. She loves my baby more than anything too. It's just frustrating because I want to cut all the time and I told her I felt suicidal too but she got mad.

Hi, I'm sorry to hear that you've starting cutting again. It sounds like there's a lot of pressure on you right now, which might have led to all of this.

Whatever's triggered your relapse - stress, depression, etc. - it might be worth speaking to the doctor about it, just to get it out, and see if there's anything they can do.
