Sounds like things are really difficult for you at the moment. Can you tell us some more about it? I hope that you are safe. I know how intense these feelings can be but you don't have to act on them, please try and keep yourself safe. If you feel you can't do that, get to somewhere that can help you with that like a friends house or a hospital.
