was it panic?
 

its been so long since i felt that... all of a sudden my chest was tight, tears pouring down my face and i shook.. and it carried on til i vomited violently... now im curled up in bed empty belly bad taste window wide open for air and i feel almost normal ahain.... i really dony enjoy these ups and downs.. not in the least... back to having the headache that taunted me all day... at least i can sleep now.. i hope..

no point to this post just wanted to share my misery

it sounds like panic to me *hugs* i know its terrible feeling

*hugs* Sorry you're going through that. It does sound like panic. Do you have a professional you can talk to about this? There is help out there.

pheew.. yip i spoke to my doc, he gave me some lorazepam thats kinda knocked me back into a normal place.. hes concerned i'm having attacks on the venafalaxine i take so if it happens again he reckons ill have to see the cmht =\
