Angry inside
 

I hate being like this now all I wanna do is give in, all this stuff going around in my head wanna just give up
On it all drinking seems to be the best help for me right now I give up

Can you get the anger outside in a safe manner? Express it through singing angry songs, going for a walk, scribbling on a letter etc? Drinking isn't an effective way to cope with feelings, they will more than likely return along with a hang over. Maybe you can try talking to someone about why you're feeling angry?

Please don't give up, this can be overcome.
