I've been a mess all afternoon. These words were all I could think of.

I'm Fine!

Stop asking my if I’m okay. I’m Fine!
Stop looking at me that way. I’m Fine!
I don’t need a break. I’m Fine!
I can do my job. I’m Fine!

Listen to what I say. I’m Fine!
Don’t tiptoe around me. I’m Fine!
Ignore what you think you see. I’m Fine!
How can these be tears? I’m Fine!

How can anything be wrong? I’m Fine!
Why do I need your shoulder to cry on? I’m Fine!
I’m Fine! I’m Fine! I’m Fine!

Understand me when I say. I’m Fine!
Hear my voice say. I’m Fine!
All I can say is. I’m Fine!
But I’m lying when I say. I’m Fine!

Very true, i always feel that way. Writing things down always seem to help me when I'm upset. Good poem :)
