Hey my names Aife and im from Ireland.
I dont really know how to do this whole chat room thing but im falling apart at the minute with everything going on inside my head. I just need someone i can trust who understands because no one understands. Ive been having suicidal thoughts for a while now and recently started self harming it helps but the guilt of hiding it from people around me and the fear of being found out is making the situation worse so i came here.......
I dont really know what else to say but if anyone sees this and would genuinely like to help instead of logging on here to laugh at people who are struggling id really like to talk.
