Umm yeah. So, long story short, I fell and dislocated my wrist Thursday morning (left wrist) in 3 spots.... Blue splint was put on on thursday. Got the blue wrap taken off on Saturday and got an ace wrap put over the splint material.... The pictures of my hands without my splint on were taken today to compare the two hands for swelling... Ouch :$

Aw, poor you :( Hope it heals soon.

Ouch, hope it heals quickly, I dislocated my knee cap last year, not fun.

Thanks guys. I actually got my splint off Friday morning, and now I have to be extremely careful for the next week or so with gentle physiotherapy so that it doesn't dislocate again... It's still really sore and I don't have a full ROM, but it's slowly improving!! :)
