Anyone else got snow?

I have the temperature for it, but not the snow.

Its going to snow on Tuesday here, apparently.

No snow here in Birmingham - yet...
One good thing about snow is that it makes my untidy garden look the same as my rather posh neighbours garden.

Anyway, bags of rocksalt at the ready, but I reckon I'll need a new battery for my car as I need to charge it every few days due to the cold weather.

I hate snow. But my weather station claims that the temperature hit 0.1C at 05:07 this morning. Air pressure has been fairly high. Right now it is 1.9C but the apparent temperature is -0.7C. I sincerely hope I don't get snow here. I'm 2 miles away from the edge of London (I'm in Greater London, lol) so I'm hoping that the heat from London will prevent snow. I doubt that previous sentence has any scientific validity :/

only hade a little flurry of snow for an hour or so so nothing settled, looked good though!

I wouldn't mind snow, it's a good excuse to stay indoors.

It's 'too cold to snow' here at the moment :( Around -15. It's all about the ice.

When I checked the weather this morning, it said it was going to snow tomorrow. If I get snowed in at uni I'm going to be very unhappy.

We had snow during my driving lesson yesterday. It made us change our plans because it was really bad-looking, but it didnt stick and noone else seems to have seen it. Now its just being all cold and boring

It snowed a little bit in Southwest London/Surrey (I live Surrey, next to London).

I am glad there is no snow forecast here where I live, I don't like it.

We heard today that the state schools are closing for the rest of the week 'because of the cold.' I decided that was a good excuse to mock my students and call them whiny little pussies... it turns out 7-year olds don't respond well to that :)

Actually I'm just super jealous - I wish I had a couple of days off!


EDIT: I just left this site and went over to yahoo to check my email and the first news story was that this massive cold snap has killed a bunch of people in Ukraine. I will reconsider the student mockerey but DEFINITELY think I should get a few days off work now!

Yeah so we had disappointing snow. Like, a dusting. Only a few fields got a bit white.

No snow in Oxford yet, i want to build a snowman :-(
