This scared me I don't even know.

I don't know if this goes here but:

So I was in the bathroom and was tidying up everything when all of a sudden I felt sick to my stomach and I was like hyperventilating trying to get my breath.
So I hurried up to my room putting everything away but I was like light headed and like stumbling across my room. I know I didn't loss enough blood for me to get light headed. So I took a drink of water and laid down breathing heavy, a few minutes later everything was fine.

It scared me I don't even know what it was.

Do you mean after self harming? [Didn't want to assume.]
It may have been shock, or even something as simple as standing up too fast. It's hard to know what it was without having been there at the time, but am glad to hear it went away quite fast. It might be worth keeping a note of what else you are doing / is happening if it happens again so you could recall the notes if you felt that seeing a doctor about it was worthwhile.
If it happens again, sitting down until you feel better might be advisable instead of trying to walk and do other stuff when you aren't so physically stable.

Yes I did mean self harming, I am just shy about saying it haha, I just hope it don't become regular. Though I don't think it was standing up to fast since it started before hand but thank you~ I'm just worried ^^

Sounds like it could be a panic attack/extreme anxiety/shock...

If you ever feel like that sit or even lie down where you are, dont try to walk anywhere. You could hurt yourself, not to mention going with a bang if you fall, and attra ting a fair amount of attention to yourself, which im guessing you may not want in the circs

I may not even be from blood loss. I've gotten nauseous from other forms of self harm that didn't involve losing any blood. Sometimes, certain levels of pain can induce nausea. That could be part of it.

Thank you all for helping ^^ I am a bit of a worry wart especially when it is like this haha

That happened to me once. I had self injured and I didn't lose enough blood for that to be the cause, but I got really lightheaded and even fell twice. I still couldn't tell you why, but I almost passed out.

It sounds like psychological shock to me. For me, it only happened once, it never occurred again, but if it does, I would recommend sitting or lying down, in case you stumble or fall. You could hurt yourself really bad.

Sorry if this comment wasn't much help, I hope you stay safe. Hugs :)

Could be a panic attack or the shock from self harming.
