Avoidant? So confused...
 

Wow... I don't know if anybody even remembers me. I've been gone for a while... I hope everyone is doing well.

So, I took the advice of the psych I saw when I was diagnosed with tourette's and started seeing a therapist again. Which is a good thing I guess because things are just starting to go south. Ideas have been thrown around about me being this or me being that. She thinks that I might actually be bipolar after all... but she is also convinced now that I have Avoidant Personality Disorder. I've seen it when looking up other things, but don't really know about it. We went over the criteria n such together, and it does fit me. I was just wondering if anyone here knew anything about it or maybe if anyone else has it? Just looking for some info I guess...

I'm diagnosed with bipolar & avoidant PD, although I'm not too comfortable discussing it in depth. There are several forums on the internet that have good info on them though - if you google 'avoidant personality forum' you'll come up with a few :satisfied:
