Chat supporters.
 

hello!

basically we have been trying to think of ways to improve the support in room 4 in chat.

What we would like to trial is to have a group of 'chat supporters' who work in the same sort of way as forum supporters, but live in chat.

These chat supporters wouldnt have the powers that moderators have in chat such as the ability freeze etc. Nor would they have access to the moderator forums.

These supporters would have anonymous accounts for the purpose of supporting so that when they went into chat on their normal names they wouldnt be hounded for support.

There are some issues we have to iron out, so this thread isnt to nitpick about that, this is to make people aware that we are looking for people to recruit.

So if you feel that you would like to do this could you please put your name down in this thread.

As a supporter, I already go into chat to offer support. Does this mean I'd get a new name?! Hehehehe

As a side note, if you dont get picked first time,doesnt mean there wont be space in the future, because it will be a trial at first.

I would love to do this. I'm on chat at stupid o'clock normally, when people seem to wantsime urgent help ( I.e 3.20 am GMT :P)

How much time would be expected? I currently have laptop issues, but have access to a computer a few nights a week generally :)

And Chat doesn't scare me any more :3
