so at work i had a very i question asked. i work overnights from 10 pm to 6 am at a toy store my manager is letting us choose which shift we want we can either work christmas eve going into christmas or we can work christmas night. what do you guys think is better i think its better to work christmas night but like my manager pointed out you will sleep during the day so you won't get to spend time with your family. your thoughts:Banana Split:Mustache

Christmas Eve going in to Christmas.

Although I suppose the logic of "you'll sleep during the day" will apply to both shifts.

Christmas night, but don't sleep during Christmas day, just drink loadsa coffee before your shift?

^^ This is what I would do. That way you get to be awake and alert whilst celebrating with your family. Granted you'll feel like crap while working though.

Christmas night. Just get all wired up on pro-plus and coffee and caffeine on Christmas day. :]

Don't you mean christmas night going into boxing day morning? Anyways I chose christmas eve going into christmas day.

Christmas eve going into Christmas day - cos then you've got it over with by early on Christmas morning, the buzz of christmas will keep you awake until lunchtime, and then you can fall asleep on the sofa infront of the tv in the afternoon (which lets face it - most people do anyway even if they havent worked the night before!)

I chose Christmas Night, but the above reasoning is so much better so I'm changing my mind.
