Dear Members,

We at RYL are only too well aware that at Christmas some members of the site may, through no fault of their own, have a pretty bleak and lonely time – and we know too that the sight and sound of other people enjoying themselves often only makes it feel worse.

Unfortunately we cannot change people’s economic or personal circumstances, though we hope that the site already provides support for many on the emotional front. But what we can do is bring a bit of Christmas cheer to those who feel in need of it. We hate the idea of anyone feeling lonely and unloved at any time and, most particularly, over Christmas.

So, Welcome to the Great RYL Christmas Giveaway 2011 !!!!!

How do I Enter?

Get your ticket in the RYL shop here until December 7th, after which they will all be dispatched well in time to arrive!

How does it work this time?

The giveaway this year involves a raffle based system, where everyone is guaranteed to win! We have hundreds of great presents from gift and experience vouchers, books, games, puzzles, bracelets, jewelry and much much more. Not forgetting our star prize - a brand new Amazon Kindle, just released! This year everyone is also going to get a paper hat and a joke so they can join in on a member christmas party and of course everyone gets a personal card from Harley too!

Please fill in the product options to help us make your presents more special! You can also add extra info you like for Santa in the order comments box as you checkout!

Last Entry - December the 7th.

You can buy more than one ticket - but your chances of winning will NOT increase! You will only be entered once.

However, if you you can afford it and want to help contribute towards more presents, then you can buy more than one ticket!

Every single pound raised from these extra ticket sales will be going on extra presents, and our hope is that everyone will get a few things, ranging from the small and silly to something really nice. We can get more presents up until the last day, so if you want to help us make this the bestest giveaway ever, please buy more than one ticket and share the RYL love!

Why are ticket's to a giveaway £2?

Unfortunately, postage is hugely expensive now, and the fact that many of the presents we have to include won't fit in envelopes or even small jiffy bags and most members will get multiple things make it impossible to fund ourselves entirely. We have managed to amass an enormous pile of goodies to give away (Harley feel's the need to give back a bit after everything!), but to make sure we don't have the whole internet signing up for free presents, and to help us out with the postage bill we have been forced to make tickets more than we would ideally like. We guarantee everyone gets a personal card and multiple presents for this - so we hope this represents good value :)

I think this is a fabulous idea, gives everyone a bit of fun this Christmas and I would advise people to even if they don't particularly care about winning buy a ticket or two to make sure as many people as possible get something nice this Christmas.

Wow, this is such a great idea! I'd love to buy a ticket for myself and for others who're less fortunate. But hey, if we're not in the UK can we still participate? And will the ticket price be a whole lot higher? I'm guessing I won't like the answer to this, but I had to ask...I'm in the U.S., but I'd really like to participate and help out! :-)

This is open to everyone, from the UK to Bongo-Bongoland. So this includes all you Americans, living in what we Brits, arrogantly regard as Bongo-Bongoland!

Yes yes yes! Non UK people are JUST as free to participate and I can assure you it will not affect what you get. We have sorted even sorted special prizes like dollar and euro itunes for you guys over the pond and in europe :)
