PM link in peoples profiles gone
 

I can no longer PM someone through their profile, the link has gone. Any idea why/if it's coming back?

Also, it doesn't say that I am logged in and tell me my username in the top right hand corner any more. I can't remember what it used to say.

It's telling me I am allowed to have 0 private messages, so that is probably why.

Can someone fix that please?

Is your message box full ?
that may be the reason , in which case you'll need to delete some un-important recieved (inbox) & also sent messages from your PM box.
I may be wrong on this theory though, maybe theres another glitch.

EDIT: I've just noticed on your profile page that there is'nt an option to send you a PM, (although option for "send e-mail to" is still showing), so you've in-advertantly removed the option to send & recieve PM's - OR as said , you message box is full up.

It might be from the removal of your mod powers Sarah.

I don't think other former mods have had that problem though... Weird.

Yeah i think it's when your mod powers were removed because where it says I am a yours says

Yeah when I stopped modding I couldt do anything as had way over limit. I slowly started deleting them but got so pissed off that I mass deleted every single pm I'd ever got.

My ability to PM has magically come back. Weird.

Although, it must have been incredibly frustrating!

I went from a 5000 PM inbox to a 200 PM inbox after I ragequit in the spring. I think I deleted close to 1000 PMs...

I'd too say its a usergroup thing, Harley should be able to rejig it :)
