RYL isn't a substitute for real medical help. Given the label you've given this thread you need to go to hospital now, not wait around hoping a first aider would come online... especially given that the advice they would give in the vent of an OD is almost always go and get checked out.

I can tell you now that we are very thin on the ground with our first aid folk.

I'd say call NHS direct, although I imagine you know already that you need to go to A and E? Jodie speaks wise things, the first aiders would say go to hospital, so yeah, go!

Thanks guys. I rang NHS direct who then rang me an ambulance. I went to hospital and was given the charcoal drink and am now home. Psychiatrist appointment later about referral to a psychiatric hospital. :( i'm scared but I'll post about that in a different forum xxx
