Sorry to hear you're struggling so much.
Have you tried talking to your GP about it at all.
That is the main reason I went to my GP - because my anxiety was affecting my everyday life so much.

Thanks, I'm alright. just a bit frustrated with something so out of my control(at least it feels that way). What is a GP?

A family doctor.
I know it's a horrible feeling.
Mine is slightly better now I'm on medication for it.
