I need an accountability partner
 

I really need an accountability partner. Knowing that someone was going to ask if I cut myself might help me not do it as much.

Anyone have any thoughts on accountability partners?

Gem ~ I think rhara means, if someone was to ask if they had cut, that may make them think twice before cutting - because they would have someone to answer too.

Rhara ~ do you think you would find it more beneficial via the internet or somebody in real life? xx

I have a therapist, but that doesn't seem to cut it.

Actually had an accountability partner for a while that I met on here, and it turned out pretty well, we became fast friends facebooking, texting; we could talk about anything.

I found it easier to have an online accountability partner because they wouldn't judge me, and sometimes I find it easier to talk to people who don't really know you.

But if you'd like to talk i'm all ears :D
