Relaxation technique backfired...
...and now I'm seeing numbers.
I used to visualise numbers in my mind, in 3-D, in different colours, to try and relax before a meeting or interview. Now I see them with my eyes open, on the walls or on a table. It's really quite amusing, but also.. I know they shouldn't be there. |
Sounds as though you have grown to associate seeing the numbers with specific situations or times when you may be anxious.
Only thing I can suggest is breathing and distraction techniques to learn that these situations do not need to involve anxiety and therefore, do not need the numbers to be present. Roiben |
Ahh this happened to me also (: except instead i was trying to regulate my breathing and now i hear voices aha
