I need help and fast!!!
 

im a client of the mobile surport team a mental illness team i used to live in a pysch rehab and my case maniger from mst used to work there and shes disclosing information about my personal and privet life to them with out my concent i know this because visited a few friends at the rehab and every time i talk to the nurse i tell them somthing and they say yeh i know i heard about that and also i have a pysch doctor who is not listening to me i wont to change my pych med (seroquel) because im getting really bad and really serius side effects and its really worrying me and he seems reluctent to change it cos im mentaly stable on them plus im most likely wrong diagnosed cos they said that to me and that would mean im on the wrong meds what do i do and where do i go to sort all this **** out i need help..... please... :((

With the first issue it sounds like you need to email/write to/speak to your case managers boss as that is clearly not the correct conduct.
And secondly with your meds your doctor might just want to give them a fair chance to see if the side effects calm down - often it takes a while, however if you think you're being unfairly treated then it may be advisable to look into getting a new doctor.
