I feel like im on the edge of a major breakdown
 

I feel like I'm on the edge of a breakdown Ive been getting more emotional stressed argumentative more frequent and more extreme mood/personality swings and other things this has been brewing for a while but Ive managed to keep myself together with only minor si cases but I feel like I'm starting to loose control and I feel like things are going to rip soon, this has been on and off for over 6 years. I don't know what to do.

Could you speak to your doctor about this? They will be able to support you more with what you are struggling with and be able to point you in the direction of other support if they feel you would benefit from it and that is what you want.
I know that speaking to a profesional about this is a scary step, but it is the first leap into regaining control of your life and getting a better standard of living. You deserve support for this, but you must be the one to take that first scary step.
