Emptiness
 

So I struggle a lot with feeling empty. But for me there are two kinds, one that is painful and one that is just totally numb. I'm not sure which is worse really. Does anyone else experienve this? Does anyone have any tips for dealing with it? Thanks

I'm afraid I don't have any advice, sorry. I just wanted to say that that I can relate to what you are saying. I often feel empty inside and I truly hate it. But I'll be checking this thread because I'd like some tips too!
