This is a real big move forward for me!
 

I was admitted to hospital last year at the end of November, and have been in hospital since, it has been a hard struggle but now I am really pleased to say that I am due to be discharged within the next few weeks! I know it's going to be hard to get back into a normal life, but I am so so pleased that I am finally well enough to get out of hospital!

So yep, this is the biggest step forward I am due to take in a while!! :woot:

That's fantastic news! I was discharged from hospital yesterday after a year so I can relate to how exciting it is. I hope you are able to get the right support when you are home. Congratulations :) Very happy for you. xx

And it is official I got discharged today :D The biggest step forward I can take at the moment :D x
