I thought I'd start a thread where we could all share our awkward... but funny moments!!!!!

That awkward moment where you realise the postman has left the parcel for yourself and your girlfriend from a certain online shop on the doorstep and your mother is opening it thinking it's for her... :crazy: :crazy: :crazy:

That awkward moment when you say something ever so slightly rude about a lecturer to friends, then realise the lecturer is standing right behind you.....

Haha! How embarrassing!

That awkward moment in the street when you crouch down to pick up a box, fall backwards and flash your knickers, and the elderly couple in front of you look deeply perturbed.

The awkward moment when you thank the 3 male customers for the £5 tip...then turn around and realise the button on your black blouse has come undone and your wearing a bright red bra...

That awkward moment where... after the guy at the cinema hands me my popcorn and says "Enjoy your movie," I say "Thanks you too! I mean.."

Every time.

The awkward moment when you accidentally poke your teacher right up the bum with a pencil as you didn't realise he was leaning over right behind you...

The awkward moment where your brother walks into your hostel room while you're in there, full nakedity, with a boy.

Ohhh God I have experienced this moment too, it's awful!

Aw man! I have been in a sort of similar situation. Being with a friend (with benefits) when his stunningly gorgeous flatmate walks in asking if we want anything from the shops and says "oh I see you two might be needing more condoms". Mortified. The next day was pretty embarrassing.

that awkward moment where youre stalking some bloke because u think he's your dad then it turns out not to be...

That awkward moment where you get blind drunk at a party, a friend takes pity on you and lets you sleep on his couch... but doesn't tell his parents.

Followed in the morning by the awkward moment when you sprint past his surprised mother on the way to the bathroom, vomit loudly, come back out and try to make a decent second impression while explaining who you are and why you're getting sick in her house.

The awkward moment when your looking at jewellery and accidentlly faceplant the glass cabinet

OR

The awkward moment when a charity guy stops you....you have a conversation, ending with the statement "your work colleague if fit" and he starts shouting him over!

that awkward moment where youre 16, & decide getting your girlfriends name tattooed on u 7 months after getting together is a good idea, then finding out she slept with your friend..

The awkward moment when you're watching a film and just as the loud sex scene comes on, your mother walks in.

This happens too many times aha.

The awkward moment when you ask a random person for his autograpgh that you thought he was a famous footballer at a football signing session...
