As of yesterday I am 6 months free of cutting. I don't really feel proud of myself because I still overdose quite a lot and I haven't cut only because it seems to be too physically painful these days and I haven't got much room to cut on my arms or legs because I have a rash. 6 months is quite a big deal though, I think. I just wish that I could feel it.

You have done really well not harming that long Lindsay. I am proud of you. x
