Free of at least one form of Self Harm.
 

I don't believe I'm allowed to say what as it may be considered tip-sharing, but I've been free of this particular form which I'd been very active in, for several months now. I sort of dislike that I have been unable to keep track of how long it's been, but my memory constantly fails me these days, so I have no way of knowing. But it's been a long time.

I still slip up with some other forms which I fail to realize are self-harm until afterward, but I feel I've reached the point where self-harm is no longer an addiction for me now.

So yeah... just thought I'd share. :-p

Way to go! Freedom from addiction sounds good.

It is nice. It's very relieving in many ways, but mostly because now I'm not afraid to go to the doctor for fear they'll see new marks on me and ask. I'll always have some scars, but with those, I don't risk being locked up because they're clearly older. And being chronically ill, it's sort of important that I'm not avoiding doctors appointments like I used to. So that's great for me. ^_^

I'm pretty proud of myself, because I've had /A LOT/ of terrible things happen to me lately, which normally I wouldn't have been able to get through without it, but I'm still clean, so it's nice, I suppose, that I can resist extreme urges like that.
