Mo Scéal Dearfach

Hey everyone,
You may find me most in the self- injury dicussion and support forum, but I feel I should share this. I still harm, but the amount times I do it has gone majorly down in the last 2 very nearly 3 years. In that time I did manage to go a whole year and 2 months free of not harming. During that time I did have some encouragement and support. I did achieve this by taking it one step at time. I started from one day free, to 1 week to 1 month and so on. I hope you find this encouraging, I know I have. I feel I should also say that if you do "slip up" then don't feel that you've let yourself or anyone down. You can start again. It took me 3 months to suddenly get to the place where I wasn't harming. If you do happen to want to know more then PM me, I don't mind. :)

~Rach~

p/s: Mo scéal dearfach which is Irish translates as my positive story.
