Im scared of giving up. :(
 

I need to give up as I'm going to get caught but the thought of it terifies the **** out of me :S. I really dont want to get caught and if I have givven up the when I get caught I can claim something else but Im so pertrified it makes me feel sick:ermm: and I don't feel I can do it but getting caught would be worse

does anyone else feel like this and anyone got any suggestons

You seem to be strugglying .. forcing yourself to stop all at once may be too hard and it might make your urges stronger , would you not seek help ? or try some of the distractions even as a short term solution and take each day as it comes. Although don't be too hard on yourself !

Thanks but none of the distractions work and I need to stop but can't let go.

Something that helps me a lot is calling a friend when I've got the urge. Not necessarily your best friend, but someone you know that will make you laugh. You dont even need to bring up your struggle but maybe just chat and lighten the mood.

I know what you mean :/ I struggle sooo much with wanting to recover, then always changing my mind and giving up. It's so hard! I'm not sure if there's much I can say, since I'm going through this too :/

well i knw how you feel its like for me im scared to stop bt i i dnt knw wat is worse getting caught or doing awats rite n stopping i stopped aftr 4 years it was hard bt tust me if u take control u wnt get caught n the nightmare will be over:blush:
