i didnt realise i was doing it until it was too late
im such a state right now and feel alone :/
i dotn want to SI or pull my hair or scratch my skin
i hate being me
i dont want to be at college or home i just want to be somewhere where i can have a hug and someone tell me im not F***** in the head
