My ex is back on the scene.
I was in a horrible relationship with Him, and on top of all the beatings, He nearly killed me twice.

It's been almost a year since I saw Him last. We were both in a shopping centre in the city and He walked past me, He must have doubled back and followed me because when I turned into the bathrooms, He caught me. I'm sorry, but I can't bring myself to repeat what He said to me, but it was terrifying.

He's back though. I saw Him last week at the traffic lights outside my flat. I was taking my dogs out and nearly strangled the poor things ducking back into the entry. He saw me though. I sat huddled in the kitchen with the dogs waiting for the door to be kicked in. I'm sure He doesn't know what flat I stay in, but I'm so ****ing scared. I live on my own, and all I have is my dogs. An Alsation/Irish Wolfhound and a StaffordshireBullTerrier/Collie, they'd kill anyone who tried to attack me, but I'm still absolutely terrified, now, I watch out my front window for an hour before I take them out, because I'm scared He's going to catch me.

The last time He caught me He threw me down 4flights of concrete stairs. I don't know what to do.
