Need to write this down someplace

On friday I visited a friend of mines in Skye for the whole weekend, The thing is we havent seen each other since July but on the way home i was driving on the busiest single road in Scotland, and i Thought i was on a bit of the Dualer but I wasnt, I pulled out to overtake a lorry and i didnt noticed for a minute that there was a lorry coming the other way, I only noticed when the lorry that i was overtaking braked and i slammed the brakes on and I scared myself, now i Feel scared all the time now, But i noticed whilst i was away that i dont have a good relantship with my parents and i dont talk about my feeling that much with anyone anymore, after being with this friend at college last year, I dont want to go backwards after being SH free for at least 8 months, but yesterday brought back the memories that i had when i was down, thanks guys for reading it and you dont need to reply to this

I think I follow most of this.

Was anyone hurt when you thought you were on the dualer? Are you on any meds which might affect your driving? As for your parents could you talk about how you feel about your relationship, maybe they feel the same?

No, nobody was hurt on the road, Im not on any meds, I could talk to my dad about and see what he says about, thankyou for the advice

do you have anyone professional to talk to about your fears of going backwards?

I havent had help for a year, Hopefully this fear will pass at some point
