drug and alcohol rehab groups

has anyone ever been to them? I am going to start a group early feb and I am uncertain of what to expect...

the last time I went to a support group was many many years ago and that was for ED's. I dont know, I guess I am just scared I may be the only young person there?

The rehab group I will be attending is run by my local community health service... I just wana know what to expect and it to go ok!!!

any advice or reassurance would be great!

3 Weeks!??! Ohmygod, I am actually going to throw you a party!! *Blows ballons up*
You are such an inspiration!, Honestly, I am so, so proud of you.
I hope your proud of yourself, too?

I haven't been to a group/rehab for drug or alcohol abuse, but I am so pleased to hear your going to give a go. What are you most nervous about? Have you spoken to anyone from the group (staff wise), maybe you could ask them how things are going to be done?

and no I havnt yet spoken to any staff as my d&a worker doesnt run it... other workers do
