1 year cut free!
 

I took an OD 12 months today.

It was the worst time of ym life... but it was also the day I decided i couldnt handle it anymore, I havn't cut since that night.

I'm incredibly proud of myself, even though I still have the urge, I have the willpower to say no!

Way to go I am just about one year know 2. but the urge is getting worse an worse what tricks have you found really help when you are feeling the urge so far into recover i am so proud of you its so hard to stay strong WAY TO GO :yeah:
