How to hide scratches (**Possibly Triggering**)
I'm a 14 year old guy and i was wondering how people hide their scars. As i only scratch myself (and have a dog), the "my dog got hyper/agressive" technique works for a while if somebody see's the scratches but it can't work all the time. I mainly scratch on my legs but sometimes on my arms, and because im a guy, make-up is out of the question, i dont have any long sleeve t-shirts (going to buy some soon), but till then what can i do to hide the scratches?? People are asking questions and i dont know how long i can say that i fell or my dog's mental, so please, i need some help here.

Are you getting questions when doing PE at school? If so, how about wearing track bottoms rather than shorts and a light weight L/S t-shirt.

thanks for the help :D
might be buying some elbow length gloves to hide the arms (and coz they are OSM :D) thanks again |
Hiya, if you do a search there are quite a few good threads on how hide scars albeit many are aimed at females. I don't know where you are from but its quite chilly in many places right now so it'd be perfectly normal to live in a hoodie. Or how about a shirt left open with a tshirt underneath? There is a list of fun excuses somewhere (I forgets where sorry). Otherwise if you are an out-doors-y sort of person you can say you fell into a tree whilst out walking or something? I used to use that fairly successfully. Oh and further to what war with my mind said maybe you could get one of those long sleeve exercise tight tops (my brother has one to play hockey in), sorry I don't know the name of them!
