It's very simple, the arrows indicate which person you are talking about.

(^) = the person above
(<) = yourself
(v) = the person below you.

So say something about the person the arrow points to...
You can be as creative and humorous as you want, just don't say anything which you know is against the the site rules.

I'll start.
