Moods

I've been seeing people here that have moods. How do I get one on my profile? I went to the Control Panel and looked and looked for the place where you add your mood but I didn't find anything. Help?

At the top right of the page - below the site logo?

There's a bit that says about private messages, then below that, it says "I am currently: Change Mood." Click on change mood, and a drop down menu comes up with all the moods on.
