Worried about returning home
 

I guess I'm not the only one concerned about this so sorry for asking for support.

My weight's dropping, fairly rapidly, and I'm now at the lowest weight I've been since I've been receiving help although I have been lower before. Next weekend I'll return home for xmas and I'm terrified, its having a huge effect in that I'm struggling to eat currently, before I even return home. I've started planning ways to avoid food therefore avoiding socialising.

Sorry I'm not sure what I'm asking for.

is it uni you are going home from?
i understand how you are feeling. christmas can be very difficult for many people because of the social/food aspect. it is understandable you are anxious.
do your family and freinds know how hard it is for you? if so,im sure they wont mind if you find eating too hard.
the main thing, i think, is that you take care and keep safe over xmas. as long as you are eating, that is ok. just do the best you can.

Yeah it's uni I'm heading back from, I return home every weekend though I'm never really there as I work and volunteer so it's a bit strange.
My family and friends are more anxious that I seem to be deteriorating to allow me to not eat, its the opposite in fact. I'm hoping that as there's over 20 of us during the xmas period daily i'll be overlooked though I'm doubting it.
