RYL Forums - some good things

hey, well, as i felt poop today and i was grumpy, my back hurt and the baby seems to be doing star-jumps inside me i tried to think of the good things that have happened this week.

1) discovered I got on with the new manager quite alright and the next few weeks working with him until I leave should be just fine.
2) actually got to be a 2ic rather than my usual either till girl or manager. This was weird but fun.
3) thinking how cute the people were at work by telling me off if i carried anything heavier than till roll and then not notice when i'm swinging 10kg bags of coal about.
4) even though these were from the week before i got two hot men delivered to work - yum. and one seemed to only be there for a cup of tea and a gossip!
5) customers keeping trying to buy me chocolate and one managing it!
6) another regular bringing back an incense set from Thailand for me after I said I liked incense. Then later finding out that he spent ages looking for a big elephant burner because I had told him about my little one.
7) member of staff saying he was trained by the best - myself and the old manager.
8) finishing off another knitted hat for sir kicks-a-lot.
9) being 4th in the territory having gone up 4 places for the week i was in charge on my own for the controls.
10) hug from the flex manager and his general concern and sweetness. Even if he does think I want to kidnap his daughter.
and then tonight I managed to be victorious against attempts to manipulate me

so what are your positives for the past week or so? doesn't matter if they are only small things, little victories keep us strong. Also how sad is it that nearly all of mine are to do with work?! I so need to get a life!
