i had my DBT 1to1 today and she told me that her and the rest of the team have been talking and she said that because of how well ive been doing when i finish DBT in january there is a 90% chance i will be released.

i was so happy to hear it, she said i havent needed them in a while so i may as well be released =]

so fingers crossed come febuary i will no longer be with the mental health team
