Well due to depression and self harm we often think negatively and badly of ourselves

So one thing I have learnt.

Write three things that have made you happy today :)

1. Going to the park and taking photos
2. Talking to a man in the park in the sunshine
3. Watching children kick leaves about

GO!!!!!

Erm:
1. I had a blueberry muffin
2. Watching UK Borderforce, Judge Judy and Coach Trip with my mate
3. Going to Tesco for shopping in a bit (yes, Tesco makes me happy, everything's cheap!)

1. My bunny licked my nose
2. I cleaned all my room out
3. I got a lovely post from one of my friends on facebook.

Getting lots of work done.

I'm with my amazing fail twinny for 5 days!
I enjoyed a lovely fag with my fail twinny.
We laughed at chavs!
& I also got me a new digital camera which no doubt will be filled with hundreds of photos of me & my failtwinny. ;p

WIN.

i have dance tonight
i slept well last night
my dogs were excited when i got home

1) Working in a supermarket. I don't have to think about anything.
2) Getting a letter from my grandma :)
3) Planning to attend a protest in London.

A) My gran texting me (shes 73!).
B) Being warm and cosy in my room, after spending all day freezing cold.
C) That my room smells of clean washing, the best smell in the world for me.

1. Only having one student today; I Love half term!
2. Getting back into bed and reading for 2 WHOLE HOURS!
3. Seeing my Jessie and a lovely chilled evening with my Hannah

Love this, my therapist used to get me to do this too.

1. seeing my little baby boy (aka my cat!)
2. talking to my friend on msn
3. gonna watch a film I like later

And my friend just gave me a fourth: my presents she's making me are nearly done

1. Going to the park with my kids and my girlfriend.
2. Eating ice cream like there's no tomorrow.
3. Getting a semi-adequate amount of sleep for the first time in long.

1. Having a full day off
2. Seeing one of my favourite people in the world and learning from her
3. Having strawberry tea with H and being brave enough to make conversation.

1) I got a phone call saying I've got a job.
2) Getting an extra half hour in bed, cuddling my boyfriend.
3) . . . Um. Exercising.

1) I got a crap load of sleep last night.
2) I got a free lunch & pint of Guinness at the end of my shift today.
3) I got a full weekend socialising :)

Yesterday

Going to london with my dad
Playing Uno on the train this this boy
Basically just spending time with my dad.

I spoke to my baby girl today.
Gonna be able to see my records hopefully today.
I'm listening to a good song.

Going to play computer games on Pogo
Went for a nice walk with my dog
Going to watch my tv shows all night :)
