I probably just lost my job. I can't cope tonight. I know I am not going to be able to stay safe. I have nobody tonight that would be able to keep me safe.

I would prefer just to die right now. I don't deserve to live I was stupid at my job and it probably is going to cost me alot.


I don't know how to keep safe tonight. I am willing to try ideas but I don't know what to do. I keep crying and I can't deal.

What happened hunnie? If you don't feel you can talk about it that's ok...but we're here to help. Is the situation at work really that bad? Maybe you are worrying yourself too much. All I know is a job is not worth that much agony to you!!! You will be fine you just can't see it right now. You're in that zone we've all been in but we're here for you xo

where do you live? I'm just wondering if there is anybody you can call just. Like the Samaritans helpline. If you are on your own and need to feel safe you can talk to someone that could help get you through this night xo

I agree a job is not worth feeling so bad over. I hope you haven't lost your job but worse things happen, I know that's not much comfort right now but you'll get through this. Have you no one you could call tonight?
