monophobia
 

Ive just found out theres a name for one of my main struggles.
I read in this anxiety book that fear of being alone is called monophobia?
I had no idea this even existed.
So i wonder am i the only one?

never heard of it, but just gogled it and what came up is what I always through was called autophobia (or at least that's what my old psych called it)... so now I am confused

Oh just looked it up in one of my books.





So they are simialr, and ossibly even interchangable
