Its going to be different this time
 

I have just reached one year free and although I am happy about this, I have a pattern of screwing up once I am past that mark. I am hoping that this time will be different. I have a new therapist and I think that she is really good. None of my past ones felt comfortable talking about self injury. For the first time I am talking about my urges instead of waiting until they are too strong.

Thats great news !! 1 year is so good and it's great that you've found a therapist who can talk about S.I. with you comfortably :-)
