May I ask what happened to you/your mum?
is there any way you can contact her?
if you cant, you could always write a letter to her, it doesn't matter that you can't send it, sometimes it helps

*Sending lots of hugs your way* Writing a letter as suggested above might help get all those emotions out even if you can't send it. Here if you need anything

Hey, I'm really sorry your mum died. *Support hug* I didn't know that. Try to process this somehow, I'd say. Also I'd like to add that her memory might be prolonged in the child you're going to bear. Make her proud & raise your baby well. I'm sure she would have been thrilled at the idea of having a grandchild.

I can understand you miss her though. And it's OK to cry once in a while. Losing your mum at such a young age must have been really tough on you.

I can't even imagine how much it must hurt to lose your mum. I'm so sorry for your loss. Have you thought about counselling? A lot of the time people don't talk about how they feel because the people around them tend to assume that if it's been a certain amount of time, you should be feeling better about it, but it doesn't work that way in reality. Grief like that doesn't go away overnight. Do you have other family members you could talk to about this? I'm sure they miss her too, and that might help you feel less alone.

My Mum died 9 years ago because of a drink problem. I find it helpful to talk to her in my head and imagine that she is following me around everywhere I go. I'm here if you want to talk. Take care.

*lots of hugs*

I can't imagine the pain of losing your mom. The fact you've made it this far shows how incredibly strong you are. Don't let anybody tell you otherwise <333 If you need to talk, feel free to PM me.

I know how you feel darling.

Sometimes the sadness just comes out of nowhere even when you think you are "over it".

Being pregnant must be bringing a lot of those feelings as well. Just try your best to focus on the positives. Having your own baby is a chance to really understand how much your mum loved you, I bet its more than you could ever have imagined.

Writing a letter to her might help. Then burn it, or tie it to a balloon and let it fly away.

I understand that feeling. Can you wrap yourself up tightly in a blanket, close your eyes and pretend that you are being hugged?
