Anyone work for starbucks? or had a 2nd interview?
 

Iv got a 2nd interview on friday for starbucks. I had 1 interview.. and she sent me to a different shop for "phase 2" its for supervisor position

Help? lol

No idea either, but you should Google it, there's always forums asking the same kinds of questions and they usually have a lot of useful information there. :) I've found The Student Room forums really good for stuff involving work and all that.

I work at Starbucks. Is the second interview an on the Job assessment? The best advice I can give is to come across as enthusiastic and willing to learn. Don't get intimitated because it can be quite overwheming at first as there is so much to learn. If you have any questions feel free to PM me or something. Good Luck!

Its for supervisor, The woman who interviewed yesterday me was really nice and kinda gave me a sort of idea she said its to see how I work and get along with the manager, do some tasting and see how i work with customers. Im really hopeful tbh. I worked as a supervisor in a coffee shop fo 2 years soo :P starbucks is just a better company to work for <3

You'll probably be fine if you've worked in a coffee shop before! Although if you do a coffee tasting and are asked to describe what it tastes like... Try not to say coffee!

Haha ok. i might do some googleing "what coffee tastes like" im thinking i can get away with... Fragrent, citrusy, bitter..

I got the job! :) and with the coffee tasting i said... it smells light.. almost like tea XD
But yeh i got the job. Start next tuesday =]
