I don't approve of how this thread is structured. The title says " Where are you from?" to which I'd answer Poland, but the poll question asks where I live, which is England.

Incidentally there's an American woman who asked me if I was Irish, I said no. She asked if I was part Irish, I said 1/8th and since then she has decided firmly I am Irish and no amount of discussion will persuade her otherwise 0.o
