voices cause mood or vice versa
 

So i hear voices and lately it has been much worse but it comes in waves like today for instance at four oclock i was on the phone to the crisis call because the voices were telling me to kill myself, then at eight oclock i was sat in the garden enjoying a glass of wine.

my moods are all over the place. i go from suicidal to relativley happy in a matter of moments and with the low moods come the voices. I dont know whether i hear the voices because of the low moods or if i have a low mood because of the voices which are usually telling me to kill myself

does anyone else relate? has anyone any thoughts on this?

Sorry to hear that you are having voices that tell you to do that, Just remember that they are just voices and it is important not to do what they say.

As far as the mood and the voices are, I personally find that when my mood is low the voices are worse. so therefore i think that with me it is the low mood that makes the voices worse, but then the voices make me feel worse so its a vicious circle until the mood picks up and then concenquently the voices calm down....hope you can make sense of that and it helps.
