am i depressed or is it just all in my head?? :/
 

im suppose to go see a physiciatrist tuesday about my si,,and when my mom talked to me about going there, she said i might be suffering from depression more than i think...im beginning to think this is true...
i cant control my emotions and i get angry and really upset for no reason at all it seems like..i cry ALL the time..nothings really wrong either..in fact..everythings great!! so idk why i do that....im always in the dumps it seems, and i can be as happy as can be than sit down for a little and turn into a total disaster...im not sure what im trying to get outta this...i guess im asking what you guys think is wrong with me...if im depressed, something else perhaps, or maybe all of it is just in my head....??
please help...im so lost..

Don't ask us what we think is wrong with you :) We can't know, you're going to a psychiatrist, it's best to wait and see the proffessional, they can then tell you what they think x
