Don't know what to do
 

Letter came from the ED service. I have an appointment on Friday to discuss counselling.

Thing is.. I literally JUST started counselling with a different organisation this week to do with ab*se etc..

I'm unsure whether I should go to the ED counselling because I've already started counselling with this different organisation.

I'm confused and I don't know what to do. help!

I am not really sure of the answer to this but I'm wondering if it was a professional that referred you to these services? Perhaps they would have a thought on this, or you could talking to the services and seek their opinion.

I would write out a list and look about the pros and cons of the situation. Like do you think it would be beneficial or would it be too overwhelming? Also perhaps talk to your counsellor about it and get their opinion on it. Another option is you could start it but then if you find it too much you can stop it.
