strange talkings (real voices?) no one hears them but me-help me drown them out-i dont understand
 

why do they keep talking to me? why are they telling me these things to do. why wont the mute button work? why are they talking to me? i dont understand what is going on. i try to scream to hide the voice, it just gets louder. not my voice. a little girl. she wants me to answer her. i dont understand why. why doesnt she tell him to leave her alone? leave me alone. someone help her go away.make him stop talking to me. tell him i no longer want to hurt myself. tell her to get him away from us.
someone please make them go away.

i'm so sorry that you are going through this. i have no idea if this would help or not, but maybe you should ask the little girl what she wants? as for the other one, keep telling it that you it does not control you, it can't make you do anything you don't want to do. scream at it if you have to. talk back to it. not in an answering way, but just keep telling it that it no longer has any power over you.

Does you T know, FRainy? Pls tell her. She may have some ideas on what would help best or she may suggest meds for it...either way she really needs to know, luv.

thank you rompy-thank you ann - thank you rabbits and katie--she knows-i called her-she said if it gets worse to call her anytime-wants me to go back to meds-but i have only heard them once before-they are still there now-they wont go away-he wants her-she wants me to do things to stop us-i cant say it here- i cant tell anyone what she wants-i cant tell you what he wants---i dont like this place i am in- i really dont-it is scaring me.

i need distraction-going in to work today-i drowned them out yesterday by working- i unloaded freight-kept my mind on the box cutters so if i need to cut him i could- i cant do anything(harm to me) while at work- I vowed i wouldnt- but i could if i took a lunch- he wont get me today- there will be people watching me. just tell her she will be ok. i will take care of it tonight. i can get rid of them then. i can.

No, FRainy, it wont work. Giving into 'him' will give that part more power, more control. Each time you give in, it will make it easier for the next time.
Call her, get back on the meds, please.
Once it isnt so raw you may be able to talk of it with her...the meds may be a temporary thing.
