Voices telling me to kill myself
i feel numb
i see my cpn in a week and my psych in a few weeks they know about the voices
and am meds that ate ment to help with the voices but they are being reduced due to the fact they are making me feel sleepy all the time
i could do it right now
but my partner would stop me
i guess he the only reason am not doing anything

Is there anyway you can get in contact with your CPN sooner?

my cpn is on holiday until next week so i cant see him sooner

is there not a duty worker or someone who you can contact? were the meds working at the higher dose>?
